Returning to the body is maybe the most important—and most neglected—element in our lives. When we start paying attention to it, we typically notice that we spend most of our time in our head, looping some thoughts and acting very mechanically. One powerful way to break these loops is through embodiment practices, for example grounding/earthing, walking meditation, Qi Gong, or dancing.
I am currently offering dance classes in lindy hop, the oldest form of swing dance. Especially when our inner journey is taking us to challenging places, it is important not to forget to have some fun!
