Returning to the body is maybe the most important—and most neglected—element in our lives. When we start paying attention to it, we typically notice that we spend most of our time in our head, looping some thoughts and acting very mechanically. One powerful way to break these loops is through embodiment practices, for example grounding/earthing, walking meditation, Qi Gong, or dancing.

In the near future, I will be offering embodiment practices specifically aimed at supporting people’s inner work. So stay tuned!
